news > 29 october 2005 Free Vegan Food Fayre in Hampton"A Free Vegan Food Fair was held in Hampton on Saturday 29th October with help from local vegans and we also had some food provided by Vegan Campaigns. We provided a good variety of vegan foods and about 40 - 50 members of the public came in to taste vegan food and find out more about being vegan. Everyone certainly seemed to enjoy the event and it also generated some more interest in Twickenham and Surrey Vegetarians and Vegans, our local group, which was only started earlier this year and we are trying to build up and get more well-known.
